Have you ever asked someone to do something, only to find out that it was completely forgotten?
It can be difficult to hold colleagues accountable for smaller action items, especially since some of them don't merit creating an entire task!
Our solution to this problem is the assigned comments feature. This proprietary feature allows you to create an action item directly within any comment, almost like a mini subtask.
If your comment requires effort from anyone in your Workspace, simply assign it. This creates a new required item for the assignee to complete before the task can be closed.
