The access to your account may be restricted for several reasons:
1) The login credentials do not match
If you log in with email and password, make sure they are inserted correctly to the system. Also, check that you are not writing in a different language, Upper case, Low case by mistake.
2) Your phone/email verification has not been completed
For security reasons, all of our users must verify their phone/email during sign up.
If you insert your personal details wrong, you will not receive the security code for verification and the
system will automatically suspend the account.
3) Your account is not active
The account must be deactivated. In these cases, the system will not accept your credentials even if they are correct.
4) Your account is suspended.
Your account may be suspended by our forum moderators due to the violation of our Comment Guidelines.
Guidelines must be followed to keep a clean and productive forum.
