With Viber on your desktop, you can send and receive messages, enjoy group calls, create stickers, and more, as your devices seamlessly sync.

IMPORTANT

• You don’t need to be connected to Viber on your phone to use Viber on your desktop, however, you should always keep Viber on your phone updated for optimal app performance on both devices.
• Some chat features may not be available on desktop.

Step 1: Before you begin

To activate Viber on your desktop, make sure that you have the following:

 

• The latest version of Viber on your phone.
  • If you haven’t downloaded Viber on your phone yet, review the Activate Viber on Your Phone article first.
• A strong internet connection on both your phone and your computer

Step 2: Download Viber on your computer

Windows

1. Open the Download Viber page (https://www.viber.com/en/download/) on your computer
2. Download the Windows version of Viber for Desktop
3. Click on the file once it has finished downloading (at the bottom of your screen)
4. Viber will open: click Install and follow the instructions. (This may take a few minutes.)
5. You may be asked to confirm that you’re downloading from a reliable source: click Yes
